Bilbao Convention Bureau is the official body of Bilbao City Council responsible for promoting Bilbao as a MICE destination. The main purpose is to offer advice and impartial support to organisers of professional events and conferences.It has around one hundred associate companies and is a member of the following organisations: ICCA, City Destinations Alliance, MPI, GDS y SCB.
We offer impartial advice about the most suitable spaces and providers of services, PCOs, DMCs, accommodation, catering services and any other professional assistance you may need to hold your event successfully
We prepare the technical documents, adapted to your requirements, for submitting a competitive bid: application dossier, audiovisual material, photos…
We act as liaisons between the organisers, the public institutions and our associate companies.
We offer organisation and support during your inspection visits.
We provide institutional support and help to advertise your event (information points, banners, webcasting…)
